The course pertains to the concepts and trends in human resource management. This course enables the participant to understand the HR Management and system at various levels in general and in certain specific industries or organizations. The students can focus on and analyse the issues and strategies required to select and develop manpower resources also they will get awareness on different concepts used in the management of human resources and latest trends in corporate world.
The course will help them to integrate the understanding of various HR concepts along with the
domain concept in order to take correct business decisions in certain situations.
Module 1: Fundamentals of HRM & Man Power Planning
This lesson aims to develop the basic fundamental knowledge in Human Resource Management and the new terms in Man Power Planning function. It enables the participant to know the new terms in HRM which is used in a corporate and the functional role of manpower planning in an organisation.
Module 2: Recruitment & Selection

The section Performance Appraisal & Compensation gives you a brief outlook on the kinds of appraisal methods implemented to rate the employees in an organisation and how are they rewarded for their jobs on both monetarily and non-monetarily terms.

This section helps you to know the recent developments happening in HRM which makes to you to meet and prepare as according to the changes emerging in the scenario.
