Dr. Geo Jos Fernandez is the Dean of Management Studies and International Affairs of St. Albert’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam since June 2017. A recipient of the “National Education Leadership Award” during the 26th Dewang Mehta National Education Awards 2018, Dr. Geo is a seasoned researcher and an academician with a Doctorate in management and an MBA. He has experience in both qualitative and quantitative research and consulting and is an acclaimed academician in both industry and academic institutions. He has supervised and produced 3 Ph.D.s under him and has authored books in the area of Management. He has presented numerous papers at various international conferences, published more than 20 of his works in international journals of repute and has conducted workshops and delivered lectures for curious minds in various institutions and corporates such as ONGC, OIL, Total, HPCL, IOCL etc. across India as well as abroad.
