AIM OF THE COURSE
To introduce students to the different genres of literature and to the niceties of literary
expression.
OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE
On completion of the course, the student should be able to:
1. appreciate and enjoy works of literature.
2. appreciate the aesthetic and structural elements of literature.
