Dr Jitha G.Nair is Assistant Professor in AIM. She is a computer applications graduate from Bharatiyar university and an MBA in Marketing and HR from Jansons School of Business. She took her PhD in Management from Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala. Her total teaching experience is 8 years as faculty at Sree Narayana Gurukulam college of engineering and SCMS- Cochin. She was a full-time Research Scholar at CUSAT with UGC-JRF Fellowship for 5 years. She has attended FDP by IIM-K. She has done certification in Business Analytics. Her research interests include Higher education, Emotional Labour and Business Analytics. She has published a number of articles in academic-oriented journals and has presented papers in national and international seminars and won the best paper award in an international seminar.
