Department of Travel and Tourism, St. Albert’s College(Autonomous) Ernakulam is organizing a Webinar on “ Customer Retention Management in Hotel Industry” by Mr. Shilendran M, Vice President of Sales and Distribution at Casino Group of Hotel to equip students about the strategies for improving the hotel customer retention and the possibilities after covid19. The webinar conducts on 26 August 2020 (Wednesday) at 3.00 PM to 4.00 PM
Mr. Shilendran is an industry expert with huge experience in the Travel and Tourism industry. He has been associated with CGH Earth- Experience Hotel, for more than 23 years and also serves as a management committee member at Kerala Travel Mart Society.
