Servant of God Archbishop Joseph Attipetty

Servant of God Most Rev. Dr. Joseph Attipetty, Ph.D., S.T.D., LL.D., is the founder patron of St. Albert’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam. He was the first indigenous Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Verapoly. The College has instituted Archbishop Joseph Attipetty Memorial Scholarship for B Voc & M Voc Students who join the college from the academic year 2020-2021.

The number of Churches, Monasteries, Convents, Seminaries, Schools, Colleges, Technical Institutions, Printing Presses, Hospitals, Homes for retired priests, Homes for the aged, Social Centres and various associations and institutes dedicated to intellectual and vocational apostolates that have come into being in this Archdiocese during Archbishop Joseph Attipetty’s tenure of office is truly impressive. Archbishop Joseph Attippetty was declared Servant of God on 21st January 2020

*This scholarship is given for the students who are admitted to St. Albert’s College (Autonomous) from the academic year 2020-2021 onwards. Marks scored for the previous semester examination is counted for each semester. If the candidate is a newly admitted student, plus 2 or degree marks are counted for the scholarship for the first semester.
